Add a new endpoint to add/remove a member from `replayAccessMembers`

Problem Statement I'm currently controlling who has access to session replay data through hasGranularReplayPermissions and replayAccessMembers. If I want to grant someone access to replays through the API, I think I can update my org settings through the org api endpoint and append their member id to that list. That process has to make these requests, I think: • get a member by email address (or get all members of an org and find the one that matches the supplied email) • get the current value of replayAccessMembers • update the value of replayAccessMembers with a new list that includes the found member ID. I'd like to be able to do that with a single operation that takes in an email and returns whether or not someone was added to the replayAccessMembers list.
