Feature Proposal: Knowledge Base Chatbot Integration

I propose building a chatbot integration that allows Rocket.Chat users to query a knowledge base directly within chat channels using Botpress or similar tools.

I am a first time contributor and have build many web applications as a part of improvising TechStack. But suggest me as a first time contrubutor if this is ok
