Add link to documentation on actions in redirect edit dialog

Add link to documentation on actions in redirect edit dialog: I don't know what the "Do nothing (ignore)" action means. I'd be glad to be redirected to some documentation on this somewhere. Better still, though, I request that in the redirect edit dialog, next to "When matched [Action dropdown]", add a small help icon, eg. (?), linking to a page explaining all of the available actions.
