Support for MCP Server

First off, huge thanks to the Plane team and all contributors, really appreciate the effort that’s gone into building such a clean and flexible project management tool. 🙌

I’d like to suggest adding support or integration points for MCP Server, which will help coordinate and manage AI agents in complex workflows.

Why it matters:

• More teams are using agent-based systems to automate tasks
• MCP helps organize communication and control between agents
• Integrating it with Plane could bridge the gap between human and agent task management

It could be something simple like webhook triggers, or even deeper API-level support down the line.
