Issues Template

As a user of Plane.so, I have a user story to share with the development team. I would like to suggest the implementation of an Issues Template feature, including a Default Template option. This feature would allow product owners to create tickets quickly and ensure they are more comprehensive and aligned with project goals. The ability to customize templates for different types of issues would provide consistency and completeness. Additionally, having a Default Template would save time by pre-populating common fields and guidelines. This feature would enable product owners to prioritize and evaluate tickets more effectively, leading to improved project outcomes.
