[feature]: Toggle "Enter for Newline" (or change the default)

Summary Pressing Enter (in e.g. comments) will instantly send the comment instead of doing a return. Even when within a bullet-list. There should be an option to get the behavior like in text-writers (i.e. Word or Plane-Pages): Enter ...to do a full return (to next paragraph, p in HTML) Shift+Enter ...to do a single-line break (br in HTML) Ctrl+Enter ...to send/submit the comment I feel like this should be the default.
