[feature]: Time log report in issue itself

It would be great if we can view time logs in table or some format to see who spent what time currently i am not able to tell any way who woked what time.

Why should this be worked on?

See specially when working with time its become critical to view who is working on what task and how much time is being spend later this also helps with reports like if a client asks me i can generate proper work log report..
