[feature]: Sort issues by name in Spreadsheet Layout

Summary

Sort issues by name with an ascending/descending option in the spreadsheet layout view, similar to the way states and all the other filters work (from the column dropdown) or in the Display options.
Ideally, it would also sort sub-issues.

Why should this be worked on?

The way my team wants to use Plane involves a template of issues that are the same across multiple projects, their work is broken up into distinct sections and ordered numerically and/or alphabetically. The way it currently sorts makes projects difficult to organise (example below).

In the scenario above, the sorted issues would look like:

• Section 1 - Foo
• Section 2 - Bar
• Section 3 - Hello
- Test 1
- Test 2
- Test 3
- Test 4
- Test 5
• Section 4 - World
