[feature]: Relative dates on work item and project templates

Summary

We would like to have relevant dates for Start and Due dates on project and work item templates.
for an example, certain tasks would start on the same day as project creation dates and then due in 2 days.
Work items should be able to schedule and sub work items also should be able to start and due based on set relevant dates

Why should this be worked on?

That way we can minimize the project admins' time spent on setting start and due date and ensure dates are set as per agreed upon time frame.
