[feature]: New display option to show work items in the hierarchy

Summary

As a user I want to be able to see all the work items in their hierarchical order and expand each level separately such that I have a better overview over all the open tasks.

In Azure Dev Ops this is solved like this:

Ideally, this is built into the existing list view or added as a completely new view "Hierarchical List View"

Why should this be worked on?

With the new hierarchical order in the enterprise grid subscription ( the need for a better display option for visualizing the hierarchy is critical.
