[feature]: Maintain reference to issues marked as duplicate in intake

Summary

When a user marks a Plane Intake item as a duplicate they are prompted to select which other item it is a duplicate of. Then the item becomes cancelled. If you later navigate back to the cancelled item and want to proceed its duplicate there is no link to the duplicate.

Why should this be worked on?

Adding this capability improves Work Item traceability and user experience. If an Intake Work Item is cancelled for being a duplicate the requestor of the item is going to want to know what the duplicate is to follow its status.
