[feature]: List Layout for Workspace Views

Summary

When viewing Work Items within a given project, there is a List Layout option:

This is a great layout! However it is not available when clicking on Workspace Views:

Why should this be worked on?

IMHO this is the most powerful and useful view for general daily use, because it is has features like grouping by different fields:

So I already miss not being able to have that view spanning multiple projects.
