[feature]: Issue/project budgeting and cost tracking

Is there an existing issue for this? • I have searched the existing issues Summary Every project should have a budget and cost tracking, specially if you're coming from a start up environment, where financial resources are scarce. Why should this be worked on? It is important for project managers to track not only the progress of the project, but also the cost associated with the project. I haven't seen (m)any project management tools that would offer budgeting, cost tracking and overview. I'd love to have the functionality to track the project, cycle or module costs and have an overview of total costs, so you'd be able to optimize the costs and generate a report or export the costs to an ERP or finance management software. You'd be able to specify reoccurring costs (SaaS products, operational costs) and one-time costs (outsourced work, certification, etc).
