[feature]: Improve TEXT version in (multipart) eMail notification

Summary
When displaying an eMail my MUA (Thunderbird) is set to "prefer TEXT version" for security reasons (I'd like to see the real link in mails). The usual way is to send multipart messages containing both, HTML+Code and TEXT-only.
Tested Version: v1.2.1 (self-hosted community edition)
Plane's TEXT part in multipart messages are just the HTML version stripped of HTML tags which leads to mails like this:
As you can see the links are not part of the TEXT multipart and thus not clickable.

Why should this be worked on?
• easier to fetch all related information from the notification when HTML "obfuscation" is disabled in the MUA
• easier to navigate when links were inserted instead of only link descriptions
