[feature]: Improve markdown input UX in work item descriptions

Is there an existing issue for this? • I have searched the existing issues Summary The current block-based editor for Work Item descriptions feels very clunky for lack of a better word. I like to work with adding checklists on cards with multiple levels of nested bullet points (that I later split to subtasks). This feels very annoying to accomplish, however. Changing the node type often does not work, or I can't fix the indentation of sub-items without indenting the entire block etc. Sometimes, I can't even type in front of existing list items because the cursor seems "stuck" in a hidden object or something. 1. For starters, an option to keep the style options always visible at the top/bottom would be a slight improvement (instead of only on select); 2. Secondly, a pure markdown input would also be beneficial, so users can correct indentations more easily, and maybe switch between raw markdown and preview mode (like GitHub). Why should this be worked on…
