[feature]: Expose Certain Fields in the intake form ie Due Date and Priority

Summary

Relating to when setting up a new custom form (or editing an exsiting one) I can add a field as Priority or Due Date is restricted but something along these lines, these allow me to capture them but not then I have to manually update them when I accept the task

Why should this be worked on?

Reduce time/manual work when accepting an item
