[Feature]: Cycles can be marked as complete manually rather than being completed automatically on the due date

Is there an existing issue for this? • I have searched the existing issues Current behavior If you create a Cycle with start date today and end date next Monday, no matter what, Monday the cycle will close making the cycle ready only. This is very inconvenient, as usually things happen, and maybe you need a extra few days to complete a cycle, or maybe Monday is a public holiday and the team is off. <img width="1299" alt="Screenshot 2024-02-22 at 21 22 34" src=" The behaviour should be that the cycle is LATE if today is later than the end date, but the closing of the cycle should be manual. This is because work need to happen before closing the cycle, review pending task, cancel invalid task, and prepare the new cycle tasks.
