[Feature]: Cycles can be marked as complete manually rather than being completed automatically on the due date

Is there an existing issue for this? • I have searched the existing issues Current behavior If you create a Cycle with start date today and end date next Monday, no matter what, Monday the cycle will close making the cycle ready only.
