[feature]: Create an nextcloud AIO community container

Summary
Nextcloud includes [community containers ]( their official all-in-one installer.
With nextcloud AIO, there already is a PostgreSQL database that you can use. And there are optional containers like [caddy]( reverse proxy, [LLDAP]( server, [stalwart mail]( server, [redis]( or [MinIO]( S3 storage.
Why should this be worked on?
As there currently is no helpdesk that integrates into the nextcloud eco system, I think that could be beneficial for both parties. Nextcloud will get a modern helpdesk, you get new users and lots of fame. And the nextcloud guys form alliances with other open source projects which result in a lot of awareness in the community.
