Summary
The ability to automatically change the status of an issue based on comments, for example:
When an issue is marked as "Wait for reply" and the issue reporter comments on it, the status changes to "Submitted".
Why should this be worked on?
It enhances efficiency by reducing the need for manual updates, ensures consistent status updates by minimizing human error, and improves responsiveness by enabling quicker reactions to issue changes.
