[feature]: Assign colours to modules, cycles, estimates, and have them pull through to cards and lists

Summary

It would be useful to be able to assign colours to modules, cycles, and estimates and have those colours pulled through to the card and list views. Cycles could be colour-coded by status as they are on the cycles screen.

Future state could be something more like this (forgive my design skills):

Why should this be worked on?

Current state it is easy for this information to get lost in Plane's light-grey:
