[feature]: Allow user to change column width, drag & drop re-order columns, in table view

Summary

• Give users the option to re-order columns in table view via drag and drop on column title
• Give users the option to change column width individually per column
That would make the table layout much more usable..

Right now, a lot of scrolling is necessary.

Why should this be worked on?

It's a highly customizable view, but with many task attributes added it would be more useful to give us a way of further customizing the view. In shared screen meetings we spend a lot of time finding our way around on table view.
