[feature]: Allow copying work item ID and title from list view

Is there an existing issue for this? • I have searched the existing issues Summary It would be very helpful if users could directly select and copy (via mouse highlight) the work item ID and title from the list view in Plane. Currently, in the list layout, the work item row does not allow simple text selection of the ID and title. This makes it difficult to quickly copy multiple work item references (e.g., for release notes, documentation, or external communication). Users coming from tools like Jira are accustomed to selecting and copying issue keys and summaries directly from list views. Allow text selection in the list layout so that: • Users can highlight the work item ID and title with the mouse. • The selected text can be copied to the clipboard using standard copy shortcuts.
