[feature]: Add Persian/Farsi (fa) language support with RTL layout

Summary

I want to add official Persian/Farsi (fa) localization support for Plane, including Persian UI translation and RTL (Right-to-Left) layout support.

This would allow Persian-speaking users and teams to use Plane in their native language with a better user experience.

Why should this be worked on?

Persian/Farsi is an RTL language used by many users and teams who would benefit from a localized project management experience.

Currently, Persian-speaking users need to use the English interface, which can make navigation and collaboration less natural.

Adding Persian support would improve accessibility and make Plane more inclusive for Persian-speaking communities.



I would be happy to contribute with Persian translations, RTL testing, and localization improvements.
