[feature]: Add multiple options for copying issue content

Summary

I’ve been using Linear for some of my other projects, and I recently started trying Plane.

One feature I found particularly useful in Linear is the variety of options available for copying task content, as shown in the image below. It would be great if Plane could offer similar options for copying an issue’s content.

For example, being able to copy the issue description, formatted content, or other relevant parts of the issue in different formats would make it much easier to reuse and share issue content.

Why should this be worked on?

A Copy button could be added to this menu, with a submenu that appears on hover and provides the available copy options.
