[feature]: Accept an Intake while selecting a work item template

Summary

When accepting an intake and creating a work item, it should be possible to create it according to a template.

Why should this be worked on?

Currently, we model the traige process of distributing tasks among the team with a custom template with subtasks, including the "triage" task, because the intake functionality is not offering the needed feature.

This will make us use the Intake functionality instead of the "hacky" process of triaging tickets with a subtasks
