[feature]: Ability to add workspace views to favorites

Summary
There's alrady a feature to add project views to favorites.
Workspace level views should also be allowed to be saved as favorites.
Why should this be worked on?
• Having a lot of views created by cross-teams and then not having a favourite option seems counterproductive. This will allow more productivity and less cognitive load.
