[feature]: A more manageable info panel

Summary

Info panel is gigantc, narrow is less gigantic.

Why should this be worked on?

Started working Plane, and found that clicking any item in a Gantt chart (or even after releasing a drag or resize), and info panel pops up, filling virtually half the window! Maybe I'm missing a setting?

I tried asking my buddy Hermes to remove the behaviour, and add an info button instead. Did not work.

But Hermes was able to max-width that sucker. See screenshot. I see no loss of readability, and arguably, it's more clear as a single column. Much better!
