Create issues without selecting a specific project

As a user of Plane.so, I would like the option to create issues without being required to select a specific project. By having an "Undefined Project" choice, I can quickly and easily create issues that are not directly associated with a particular project. This flexibility will allow me to capture and track tasks or ideas that may not fit within a predefined project structure.
