[RFC] Advanced search editor UI. Does anyone want this?

Description Dear pngx users, I have already spent [too much] time working on this, so before I keep going down the rabbit hole, Im genuinely curious if anyone wants this: a UI for editing / creating advanced search queries. Its sort of like gmail's filter editor. In the end, it spits out an advanced search but the idea is remove some of the needed knowledge of paperless' query language. Notes: • The UX itself is not final, in fact I kinda dont like it but its enough to talk about the feature generally. • It wouldnt support 100% of possible queries, but I suspect most.
