multiple ASN-groups

Hello everyone,

I'm currently working on digitizing my paper archive. For most stuff, I user the recommended approach with increasing ASN-numbers written on each document and filing them in ascending order. This works great so far.

There are however some documents which I would like to keep in separate folders (e.g. work related stuff). My plan was to use a "prefix" in the ASN (e.g. "W-1", "W-2", ...) to distinguish them from the "normal" documents. The ASN-field however only supports numbers, so this won't work. Another approach would be to use a Tag to denote the Prefix, in this case however the ASN is no longer unique.

I was wondering if the community has any input on this issue.
