Monitor if document was sent by mail

Description
One of the most often used features is sending documents to my tax advisor by mail.
Currently I am using web.de as a mail account and this one does not show me any of the forwarded mails/documents under "Sent"

My suggestion would be an entry under "Verlauf", also available via API
