[Feature Request] - Workflow Builder GUI

Description I’d like Paperless to introduce a workflow‑builder interface where lifecycles and processing queues can be created and managed directly inside the app. At the moment, achieving this requires relying on an external automation tool and passing the document link out to another webhook. Instead, I want to be able to log in, open a Workflow section, and see each lifecycle along with its associated queues, with the ability to define user tasks and actions that operate on the document as it moves through the process. Feature Request: In-App Workflow Builder (Lifecycles, Queues, and User Tasks) Summary Introduce a native workflow-builder interface in Paperless-ngx that allows users to create, visualize, and manage document lifecycles, queues, and user tasks directly inside the application.
