[Feature Request] Use metadata (xmp:CreateDate) for suggestions/ "dates"

Description

filename and content are parsed for dates, but the "obvious" pdf metadata is kinda left on the table?
manually you need to switch to meta, open up "Archived document metadata", copy, go back to Details and paste

specifically looking at xmp:CreateDate - but 'all of them' may be reasonable too...

unsure if that should be in the suggestions route itself, (ai_enabled does not seem to suggest dates at all currently from looking at the code? 😢 )
or if those should be 'additionally' in the frontend (since it does fetch the metadata/ endpoint anyhow...)
