[Feature Request] Support relative date fields for workflow automation and conditional views (e.g. 'today')

Description Feature Request: Access to relative dates in workflow automation and conditional views It would be great if Paperless-ngx supported relative date expressions (like today) in workflow and view conditionals. This would make it possible to build dynamic automations — for example, triggering a workflow when a custom date field matches the current date, or showing documents in a view only when the date in a field is before today. Such functionality would enable workflows like automatically moving documents to a “Due” view or flagging them for action when deadlines approach. While the new scheduled workflows feature can achieve similar results by running on the date of a custom field, having native relative date support in conditional filters would make these automations much more intuitive.
