[Feature Request] Suggest title not via AI

Description

Similar to how Correspondent and Document Type have the ML features behind the scenes to automatically set them when they are consumed, it would be nice to do something similar for the Title, without having to get AI involved.

My use case is most of my documents are things that I upload monthly or share the same shape/look. E.g. my phone bill every month I have just been naming Monthly Statement. However when first uploading it, it usually has the default name from when I downloaded it. It would be great if the ML stuff could say "hey this looks like all these other files that have the name x" and suggest titling it x; versus me having to remember what I named the others or setup a workflow for every "type" of file.

Open to other ideas on how to better handle this too.
