[Feature Request] Share link manager page

I'd like to have a page to mange share links. My wish list would look something like this:
• List documents with an active share link (e.g. are publicly accessible)
• Show the url (share link) next to the document
• Ability to easily delete a link or modify its expiration time
• Mulit-select option, so bulk edits can be done
• Permission control. Some users should be able to view all links, but only edit links THEY shared. Other users may need permission to view and edit all links.

As a quick win, it would be great if we could _search_ for all documents with a share link. So we can at least create our own 'view' as a short term solution.
