[Feature Request] Share link doesn't follow document versions — need pin/latest toggle

Description Since v3 introduced document file versions, a share link stays tied to whatever document version it was created for. If a new version gets uploaded afterward, the existing link keeps showing the old one — it doesn't update to reflect the current version. I need both behaviors depending on the document: Always latest — the link should always show whatever the current version is, so I don't have to hand out a new link every time a document gets updated. Pinned — the link should stay on the exact version it was created for, even after newer versions are added, so the recipient keeps seeing that specific state. Right now there's no way to choose — links are implicitly always pinned to the version they were created against, and this isn't mentioned anywhere in the docs.
