[Feature Request] Seperate LLM Request TImeout Variable for document_llmindex

Description
I have a few very large documents, indexing them timed out because of the default value of 120 for PAPERLESS_AI_LLM_REQUEST_TIMEOUT. I'd still like to keep the Request timeout low for actual questions, but higher for the indexing process.
