[Feature Request] Processes

Description first of all: Paperless-ng is awesome, it is the solution I always wanted for my documents Descriptions What could be a very useful extension are processes. Processes could be a set of user defined steps associated with reception of one or multiple documents. The steps could be associated with deadlines and reminders. Simple example for a request sent to a government agency: request (from document A) -> waiting for reply (with deadline) -> received reply (document B) -> process end Process could also have circles if communication goes back and forth. The processes could be started by tags associated with the "starting document". Concrete instances of processes could be visualized in a timeline. Difference to "Workflows" Processes are internal as the workflows that work in the preparation phase.
