[Feature Request] Pre-display user-defined field with document type

Description
I store invoices in my instance. However, I cannot see at a glance whether and when these invoices have been paid. Currently, I use a user-defined field for this, which I have to add manually for each invoice. It would be nice if I could specify which fields should be displayed in the details when defining the invoice.
