[Feature Request] Password and MFA enforced Policies

Description

I am looking for a way to enforce password policies for user Passwords like minimum length and inclusion of special character.
I did not find a way to do this, neither did i found any information on what is already enforced by default.

The same goes for mandatory MFA use.

If there is nothing yet, maybe the password may be defined by a regex in an Env variable like PAPERLESS_USER_PASSWORD_REGEX or something.
The same may be useful for password max age and mandatory MFA use.
