[Feature Request] Optional Watermarking (Username/Logo) on PDF Download

Description
In many environments, documents managed by Paperless-ngx contain sensitive information. Currently, once a document is downloaded, there is no visual indicator of who retrieved the file.
This makes it difficult to trace the source of unauthorized distribution or accidental leaks.
I would love to see an optional watermarking feature when downloading or exporting PDF documents.
• Dynamic Content: The watermark should ideally include the Username of the person downloading the file and a Timestamp.
• Visuals: Support for a custom Logo (image overlay) would be beneficial.
• Configuration: This should be an optional toggle in the settings or even better a permission-based feature (e.g., "Always watermark for group X").
