[Feature Request] Option to disable TLS verification for workflow webhooks

Description In the new workflow system, the “Webhook” action is a great way to trigger external automation. However, when the webhook URL uses HTTPS with a certificate that is signed by a private/internal CA (or is otherwise not trusted by the system CA store), the workflow action fails with a TLS error similar to: [ERROR] Failed attempt sending webhook to [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate At the moment there is no way in the UI to either: • disable TLS certificate verification for this webhook, or • point Paperless-ngx to a custom CA bundle that should be trusted for these requests. For self-hosted environments, especially homelab or internal-only deployments, it is common to terminate HTTPS with an internal CA.
