[Feature Request] Option to disable automatic AI suggestions on opening Inbox documents

Description Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe: Currently, opening a document with the "Inbox" tag automatically triggers AI suggestions. This presents two main issues: 1. Privacy: Documents (which might contain sensitive or confidential data) are sent to cloud LLM APIs automatically upon opening, without explicit manual trigger per document. 2. Performance: Heavy local LLMs immediately start processing documents on page load, which can lead to UI lag, long waiting times, or timeouts just by viewing a document. Describe the solution you'd like: Add a setting (e.g. in system settings or configuration) to disable automatic AI suggestions when opening Inbox documents. When disabled, AI requests should only be executed on-demand when the user manually clicks the "Suggest" button.
