[Feature Request] Official Helm chart for Kubernetes deployment

Overview Paperless-ngx doesn't currently ship an official Helm chart, so anyone deploying it on Kubernetes has to rely on third-party community charts (e.g. fmjstudios/paperless-ngx, alexmorbo/paperless-ngx) or hand-roll their own manifests. These community charts vary in quality, maintenance cadence, and which components they bundle (Postgres, Redis, Gotenberg, Tika), which makes it harder to trust a "supported" path to running Paperless-ngx on k8s. An official chart maintained alongside the main project (similar to what Nextcloud does with nextcloud/helm) would give users a canonical, versioned, up-to-date deployment path that tracks releases directly. Use case Running Paperless-ngx on a self-hosted Kubernetes cluster (e.g. k3s homelab setups) as part of a GitOps-managed stack.
