[Feature Request] Obtain a link to a saved view that can be fire-and-forget shared with someone else

Description

If I select a saved view and add e.g. a tag to the filter criteria at the top, the view name gets marked as modified with an asterisk at the top and I have the options to update the saved view, or create a new one.

However, the URL does not change, and there seems to be no way to simply share the view with someone else. [Sharing views is pending]( but sometimes you just want to send a link to a view without persisting the view.

Would it be possible to make it possible to obtain the full URL with all query parameters that corresponds to the currently visible saved view, along with any changes?
