[Feature Request] multiple simultaneous date format detection

Description Paperless-NGX has a very hard time reading dates off my documents. I've configured my preferred date format (yyyy-mm-dd), and I think it's looking for only that format. Meanwhile, in my scanned documents, I've found 34 different date formats. Sadly, this is normal for Canada even though we theoretically officially confirm to ISO8601 - not even all the gov't documents use a consistent format. I'm unsure how to go about teaching Paperless-NGX to recognize multiple formats simultaneously, and whether that's something that should happen in the OCR step, the local "suggestion" step, an AI step, etc. So far these _all_ appear in my documents multiple times (i.e. none of them are one-offs). I even have many examples of scanned documents that use more than one conflicting date format on the same page!
