[Feature Request] Multiple cabinet/drawers/organizations/tenants/properties within the same instance with unique properties

Description Re-opening the (sadly) closed #1988 which did seem to have a lot of community support. A way to segment documents, correspondents, storage spaces, etc. The use case could be very different types of documents: • Personal Documents (home bills, credit cards, medical, taxes, vehicle, investments, kids) • Operating Company 1 (vendor invoices, taxes, customer invoices, financial information) • Holding Company 2 (investments, vendor invoices, taxes, financial information) • Spouse's Documents (...) Ideally, one paperless instance could be used to manage all of these properties (to avoid an extra 500MB+ of memory consumption of running another instance of paperless-ngx, as well as having one consume folder. In the traditional sense, you'd want a separate filing cabinet drawer for it with its own files. You probably want storage spaces to keep those files on disk separate.
