[Feature Request] Multi-Select Custom Field

Description

This has been proposed multiple times before, but conversations have either expired, or have been closed as complete when they are not in fact complete.

I would like to be able to select multiple values for a Select custom field. For example, for the Select field containing options "A, "B", and "C", I would like to be able to choose both "A" and "C" for a single document.

Previous requests:
• #4873 - presumably completed in #7167, but multiple comments on the original FR asked for multi-select
• #5032 - expired
• #5436 - closed as duplicate of #4873 because [a comment]( stated it was the same FR, even though it isn't
• #7596 - expired

There are probably a few others. Is there a way for this to get any traction? Thanks!
