[Feature Request] Mail Rule: Add option for full-matching fields (esp. From for security)

Description It would be great to be able to have Paperless for fully matching (or verifying) the value of the mail rule filter fields (To, From, Subject?, Delivered-To #12474). The concrete implementation should be to give users a toggle per field. Then Paperless submits the field value to the IMAP SEARCH (like nowadays), and then when going through each mail, it additionally verifies that the full field is equal instead of just accepting what the mail server sent. For mail-address related fields, Paperless should parse the field according to mail spec before matching, i.e. meaning that users can insert e.g. mustermann@example, then all of the following From fields are "fully" matched: (Paperless could maybe implement supporting multiple addresses in the From field, as the mail spec supports that, but I think for most cases, just matching the first one or even aborting when multiple are seen is fully okay.)
